Let's get started
Fold paper and place into the cone and onto a cup. Rinse paper with 92 degrees water, disregard water in cup.
Place ground coffee in paper and level out.
Pour 50g 92 degree water, stir and let bloom for 30 sec.
Add 50g water every 30 sec till you reach 230g, stir at end (also if it clogs at bottom of cone).
Brew time under 3min, if it takes longer your coffee is too finely ground.
